Order Tracking

Address Changes

Once the items have been dropped off with the shipping carrier, any change in the delivery address needs to be handled directly through the shipping carrier. HiViz Swimwear does not have the ability to change, stop, or reroute the shipment after it has been handed over to the carrier.

 

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hello@hivizswim.com. We will do our best to resolve any issues if they are on our end. Typically, these issues need to be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

 

Return Shipping
